Five steps from sign-up to a fully monitored portfolio. Check them off as you go.

Import your marks. Paste your USPTO serial numbers or upload a CSV of your portfolio. DeadlineDocket pulls each record from TSDR and calculates your open deadlines.
Verify your dashboard. Open the dashboard work queue and confirm your marks, statuses, and deadlines look right. Use the type tabs to spot-check office actions, NOA/SOU, and maintenance.
Set your weekly digest. Choose which days, what time, and which sections you want. Each team member configures their own schedule — your second layer of redundancy.
Turn on Upcoming Notices. Review the queued client reminders so approaching deadlines are never invisible. Nothing sends until you approve it.
Confirm filing verification. Mark a filing complete and watch it move to "Awaiting USPTO." DeadlineDocket checks TSDR until it confirms the office received your submission — or alerts you if it did not.
